Regions II, IV, & IX Meeting: CCDF Implementation in 2024 and Beyond

Please join the Office of Child Care (OCC) for a cross-regional meeting focused on Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) program administration in the states and territories within Regions II, IV, and IX. This cross-regional meeting will focus on the upcoming 2025–2027 CCDF State and Territory Plan, the new CCDF Final Rule published in March 2024, and the ways that these topics will inform CCDF program administration over the next 3 years.

The plenary sessions and workshops will include:

• Discussions with OCC leaders
• A presentation of OCC priorities
• The operationalization of the 2025–2027 CCDF State and Territory Plan for the next 3 years
• The implementation of the new CCDF Final Rule published in March 2024
• Changes to the OCC Federal CCDF program monitoring process
• Region-specific workshops to enable regional peers to meet and discuss various issues
• Topical sessions selected based on state and territory input.

Who Should Attend

State and territory CCDF administrators and co-administrators, state and territory agency staff members who are involved with the development and implementation of the aforementioned state and territory CCDF triennial plan, and state and territory agency staff members who have been or will be involved with the Federal monitoring process should attend this regional meeting.

We are inviting you to bring a team of as many as four people from your state or territory. Additional participants can be added to the waitlist and will be included if space is available.

Representatives from the states and territories will meet on June 4–5, and representatives from the territories only will meet on two succeeding days, June 6–7, which were added to the meeting schedule to enable them to meet and focus on issues specific to territories.
